- When is the general meeting of shareholders?
- The general meeting of shareholders is held every year in June.
- When are your financial reports issued?
- With our fiscal year ending in March, we issue progress reports on our performance every quarter. We normally issue financial reports as follows: first-quarter results are released at the end of July, interim results (second quarter) are released at the end of October, third-quarter results are released at the end of January, and term (fourth-quarter) results are released at the end of April. - How are your financial results announced?
- Pursuant to Clause 3 of Article 440 of the Companies Act, or Clause 3 of Article 16 of the old Law for Special Exceptions to the Commercial Code Concerning Audits, etc. of Corporations, we announce our financial results (balance sheets and income statements) by electromagnetic means in lieu of posting the results in a daily newspaper, as previously prescribed by our Articles of Incorporation. - What subsidiaries and affiliated companies are included in the consolidated financial statements?
- Okasan Securities Group companies subject to consolidation consist of Okasan Securities Group Inc. as well as ten domestic and overseas consolidated subsidiaries. These companies are engaged primarily in the securities business. The profiles of each of these companies can be viewed on the Group Companies page.
- When can I receive dividends? What was the latest dividend payment amount?
- The payment of dividends is made by a resolution at our General Meeting of Shareholders in June. Visit our Dividends page to find information on dividends.
- What procedures pertain to name and address changes?
- Administrative matters pertaining to our shares are outsourced to The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd., the administrator of our shareholder register. More information is available on our Procedures for Shares page or The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. (procedures applicable to shares) website.
- What can you tell me about your shareholder benefit plan?
- Open a general securities account at Okasan Securities and deposit at least 1,000 shares with the Company, and Okasan Securities will waive custody account management fees and foreign securities trading account management fees.
- What is the current price of shares?
- Share information is available online.
