Established in March 1996 as a comprehensive administrative and clerical service company, we provide the administrative and clerical back-office operations with temporary personnel for Okasan Securities and other Okasan Securities Group companies.

We were licensed to operate a general personnel dispatch business in August 1996 and opened the Kansai Area Center and the Chubu Area Center in November 1997 and January 1998, respectively. In April 2002, we were licensed to operate a for-profit personnel introduction business, which established us as a comprehensive personnel dispatch company. Moreover, we set up the Nishi-Nihon Area Center in October 2004 as part of the expansion of our business. In addition, we were granted JIPDEC Privacy Mark certification by the Japan Information Processing Development Corporation in August 2006.
