Rokuni Securities Co., Ltd. and Oishi Securities Co., Ltd. merged on April 1, 2010. The new company created as a result of the merger is called Sanen Securities Co., Ltd.

Rediscovering needs for asset management advice, Rokuni Securities and Oishi Securities had been providing each individual customer with tailored services in their respective regions, earning considerable customer support for their efforts.

Following the merger, Sanen Securities will build a stable business base, mobilizing the management resources and expertise of its two predecessors and providing asset management services of an even higher quality by upgrading its products and information provision services. In addition, with its move into Hiroshima Prefecture in March 2010, Sanen Securities will construct a new business model as a regional securities firm based on a regional coalition in a market ranging from territory centering on the Tokai region to western Japan.
