Asset Mix Consulting
Each client is offered investment proposals tailored to his or her unique investment style and life plan through face-to-face consultations for an appropriate asset mix. With a vast nationwide network of sales branches from Hokkaido to Kyushu, we deliver meticulous services meeting the broad range of needs of our individual and corporate clients.
Online Transactions
Okasan Securities Group has stepped up its support for ever-growing online trade. Okasan Online Securities now provides advanced trading tools and a new FX (Foreign Exchange margin contracts) service. Okasan Securities also provides an online trading service that is integrated with its consulting services.
IPOs and Our Underwriting Business
We underwrite companies to procure funds through a sales force based on our powerful retail sales network of nationwide branches. As a share-managing company, we provide ongoing support through our IPO operations by continuously attracting shareholders. As an excellent partner with promising venture companies that will one day serve as the vanguards of the next generation, we support unlisted companies in their IPOs.
Corporate IR Support
Corporate IR activities are important for effectively communicating a company's strategic management vision-one of the most critical current issues facing a company. The Okasan Securities Group supports corporate IR activities, from upgrading the disclosure system to observation tours of plants and branches for institutional investors and the organization of a wide array of analyst meetings.
Overseas Operations
Okasan International (Asia) Limited, a subsidiary in Hong Kong, has been the Asian base of operations for the Okasan Group for thirty years. The company established offices in Central, the heart of the financial district in Hong Kong, and was granted full membership in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1984. In addition to the trading of Japanese shares and shares by institutional and wealthy individual investors based in Hong Kong and Asia, we trade shares in Hong Kong and mainland Chinese companies that are of exceptional interest to Japanese clients.
