The Business Supply Division manages a variety of back-office functions for securities firms (indirect departments), including computer data entry and the production and delivery of forms. This division provides temping services and custodianship services for a range of clients. |
Back Office Functions
Orders for the following back-office operations are received from Okasan Securities Group affiliates, client securities firms, and other parties:
- - Computer data entry
- - Cross-checking and filing of computer forms and other documents
- - Delivery of forms, DM, and other documents
- - Settlement and storage of negotiable securities
- - Paperwork for financial and accounting procedures
- - Paperwork for property accumulation and holding companies and other clerical and administrative functions for securities firms
Temping Services
In order to live up to the trust placed in us by the Okasan Securities Group and other companies, we recruit and dispatch exceptional personnel to help develop software, operate office equipment, classify and file documents, process financial transactions, and provide reception services.
Insurance Operations
Agency agreements have been concluded with ten non-life insurance companies to serve as Okasan Securities Group insurance agents. Agency operations for automobile insurance, accident (mainly fire) insurance, and general liability insurance are provided for our corporate and individual clients. For life insurance, we also offer cancer insurance, medical care insurance, and other third-field products to individual clients while keyman insurance and other products are sold to corporate clients.
Custodianship
We outsource functions for architectural design, execution management, and building and facility administration, including the acquisition, leasing, and maintenance of the land, buildings, and facilities of the main and branch offices of Okasan Securities Group companies, dormitories for single employees, company housing, and other facilities. In addition, we purchase, lease, and manage communications equipment, information equipment, and other fixed assets.
