The general meeting of shareholders is held every year in June.
When are your financial reports issued?
With our fiscal year ending in March, we issue progress reports on our performance every quarter. We normally issue financial reports as follows: first-quarter results are released at the end of July, interim results (second quarter) are released at the end of October, third-quarter results are released at the end of January, and term (fourth-quarter) results are released at the end of April. What can you tell me about your shareholder benefit plan?
Open a general securities account at Okasan Securities and deposit at least 100 shares with the Company, and Okasan Securities will waive foreign securities trading account management fees.
